As far back as I can remember I have always had a sweet tooth.  I started baking when I was about 14, and have never stopped.  I love to create and perfect yummy treats that not only look fantastic but tastes divine.

This is a hobby that I have been doing now for the last few years; I pride myself firstly on taste, combined with unique presentation.

My biggest pleasure is to watch people taste my delicious Homemade Fudge, and I love to see the kids (and adults) get excited over my Lolly Bugs and other treats.
