About WESMO - A group of students working together to design, build and test an open wheeled single-seat race car to compete in Formula SAE Australasia. Story Formula SAE-A is an exciting international education program where university students design, build and compete in small open-wheeled vehicles. Formula SAE graduates worldwide are considered to be among the most work-ready graduates emerging from the university system. Formula SAE promotes careers and excellence in engineering as it encompasses all aspects of the automotive industry including research, design, manufacturing, testing, developing, marketing, management and finances. Formula SAE takes students out of the classroom and allows them to apply textbook theories to real work experiences and challenges students all over the globe.
