About My page is about fitness,motivation, and healthy living. Story I am currently studying at FIT College to be a personal trainer. I want to help my family and friends lose weight and educate them and myself on how important it is to have and live a healthy lifestyle. I am also studying to better and educate myself on everything involved in fitness including nutrition which is my main concern. Once I have completed my course with FIT College I want to be a personal trainer to help others lose weight and achieve there goals.
