About Equestrifit 'Core Rider Fitness Programme' is a postural and movement screening programme to better align the rider with their horse. Story Equestrifit works with riders of all disciplines to improve related aspects of rider fitness. The Equestrifit facility is based in Karaka, South Auckland close to many groups of equestrian riders. Helping them achieve their riding goals. The facility is specific built with a fully equipped gymnasium and olympic size arena. Riders are captured on video with their horses for analysis where they can study with their trainer in the gym and take home specific exercise programming.
