Story
Where the mind go, the body follow :-) Fitness for me is about creating ballance in life, supporting physical and mental health allowing you to live to your fullest. You just feel gooooood after a hearty work out.

I am here because I am passionate about people and providing guidance and support for others wanting more from life. If you have weight or fitness goals you are struggling to achieve or purely just want some extra motivation.. Call me. That what I do...

I create a programmes that are effective and motivating for the individuals needs and goals. Although I use more traditional styles I base a lot of my training around ZUU. ZUU liberates human movement and much more. It was created by ledgend Nathan Helberg. Through ZUU we push ourselves break down limits and barriers we subconsciously set for ourselves.. We are really capable of soooo much fams.. ZUU opens lines of communication, helps us connect and (re)engaage with ourselves and others. ZUU builds resilliance and provides skillz we can transfer in to everyday life. Its an inclusive, collective, fun and motivating environment to get a wicked work out and improve mobility.

What services do i provide?
- one on one sessions - 30 mins $40 
                                       60 mins $80

-small group of 3-4       - 60 mins $50 per person

-Group sessions - Different venues. Please keep an eye on my page to see where and when the next available ZUU class is happening.
