Story
Virtual Training Centre was established by Wayne Girdlestone in 2004.  Wayne has been coaching athletes ranging from u16 through to Elite as well as a spectrum of masters and recreational racers.

With 55 National Championship medals in the past 7 years, results are important; however his philosophy is for his athletes to still be riding their bikes when they reach the ripe old age of a 100.

Wayne is a Certified Cycling Coach through TrainingPeaks USA and is a firm believer in the benefits of training with power and heart rate
