Story Pukeko Rental Managers is a owner operated property management company. Established to put an end to poor property management. In fact, we are standing up against widespread bad property management practices. We are all experienced property managers with years of experience behind us. But the thing that makes us different? We’re not prepared to sit back and rest on our laurels. Enough is enough – we are rebelling against property managers who try to juggle too many properties at the expense of property owners. Pukeko Rental Managers know what is needed to make a rental property run smoothly. That’s why we limit ourselves to a third of the number of properties other managers look after, so that we can personally take great care of each property.
