About Kiwi Paka Waitomo has backpacking accomodation as well as private chalet rooms. There is a licensed cafe on site and we specialise in home made pizzas. Story Kiwi Paka is a unique and relaxed rural New Zealand getaway, nestled in mature trees in the Waitomo Village, Only a 2 minute walk from the Glowworm caves and a quick stroll to the famous Curly's Bar. Large sunny decks overlook awe-inspiring scenery. Modern and friendly. The facility includes private chalets or a backpacker lodge with a choice of single, twin, double or quad rooms. Offering a self-catering kitchen, Wi-Fi internet access, laundry, luggage storage room, and supplied linen. Accommodation is alcohol-free but there's a licensed pizzeria, café and bar on site. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Conference facilities are available and Kiwi Paka can accommodate groups if preferred.
