CadetMax helps 18 - 24 yr old, on a benefit, to find full-time employment, gain a driver licence, interview skills & create a awesome CV.

Story
CadetMax is a journey.
It starts with a one week Induction Programme where we find out about you and you find out a lot about yourself. Then you spent two days a week with us job hunting and building your skills until you start that great job. This involved coming to our office in Manukau, applying for jobs, attending interviews and landing that great opportunity.

We are committed to building your skills and the value you bring to an employer.
We also help with gaining a driver licence and even provide driving lessons. 
CadetMax will pay your travel expenses for you coming to Manukau and work experience.

To apply for CadetMax you have to be:

18 - 24 years old
Receiving financial support from Work and Income
Genuinely seeking employment
Drug free
Motivated and keen to learn
