About Christchurch Hot Yoga Story Flow Hot Yoga Opening up in January 2011, Our studio offers a combination of yoga styles such as Yin Yoga, Power Vinayasana, Hot Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. Flow Hot Yoga Studio offers classes for all levels of students. Our goal is to help our students realize their full potential whether they're trying yoga for the first time or have been practicing for years. All our classes are heated except our prenatal classes. We bring the heat into our classes for optimal therapeutic benefits, which help purify the body and mind. As teachers, we take on traditional yoga postures and focus on the intuition of ones practice, what feels right and what feels good rather than 'do it the right way or it won't work'. Flow Hot Yoga Teachers are a group of individuals who LOVE to teach, but are students first. Our shared passion for yoga, health and wellness comes from the heart, with community at the center of all we do. Our teachers are inspiring, challenging, compassionate, constructive and FUN!
