About On Track Fitness Upper Hutt- Getting you on track and keeping you there! Story On Track Fitness offers bootcamps, one on one personal training, group training and event training. Based at Upper Hutt's awesome Trentham Racecourse. On Track Fitness aims to motivate, educate and inspire you smash your personal goals and push your body to its full potential. Owner Steph has been personal training since 2002 and has motivated and educated many people to lead happier and healthier lives incorporating fitness, food and lifestyle. Steph has a Diploma in Exercise Prescription and is a REPS registered trainer meaning her qualifications and industry experience are updated yearly.
