About Laughter Yoga combines yogic breathing and laughter exercises with childlike playfulness to get lots of mental and physical benefits. Story Laughter Group with Clare runs a Laughter Yoga group in Upper Hutt which meets on a Monday night 6.30-7.30pm at the Plunket Rooms, 21 Tawai Street, Upper Hutt. Cost is a gold coin donation.
