About Extend Pilates aims to motivate and empower to enjoy looking after your body through exciting Pilates classes and effective massage therapy. We promote open friendly all ages all levels class that get and keep you moving better to feel better. Story Extend Pilates and massage provides Physiotherapist guided group Pilates classes to those of all ages and all levels. We aim to empower and motivate you to maintain a regular and healthy approach to looking after your most important asset - YOU. We also provide relaxation or sport massage therapy with Lisa Tetzlaff a registered physiotherapist. So you can feel safe in the knowledge your massage session will be as specific and effective as possible.
