About Awareness-Clarity-Purpose 'Release the Fear and Live your Life' Tapping or EFT is an evidence based multi faceted emotional release technique. Story I am an Emotional Freedom Practitioner I help people with their emotional health and teach them about the role emotions play in their life, from daily functioning to mental and physical health, to life successes and many more. They learn to identify and release emotions, developing skills to manage them along the way. Allowing people to be congruent and in control of their life, confident and moving forward. EFT or Tapping is a variation of acupressure. I am formally trained and certified with AAMET an Internationally recognised organisation. I offer 1:1 coaching and monthly workshops.
