About Strength & Conditioning who cares. We want you to succeed & will work with you to make sure it happens! 1on1, Programming, Scheduling, Testing & Products Story Andy Flint started working in a full time Strength and Conditioning environment for the London Broncos Superleague team in 2009 which in time lead to a job working for New Zealand Rugby League, The Vodafone Warriors, The Kiwis and New Zeland Rugby (regional S&C for Black ferns and 7's programme) Andy has a passion for developing athletes from where they are into professional sports people and wants to provide a service that is all about professionalism and improvement. Our Vision We care... we are the Strength and Conditioning company that genuinely cares about whether their athletes get what they need and want from our services but even more so care about the athlete themselves. Strength and conditioning isn't just about improving performance it's about keeping athletes on the field of play and to do this it takes commitment and care... that's us!
