About The Club has a function and bar complex situated at Windsor Park in Mairangi Bay, in the Bays on Auckland’s North Shore and is Story The East Coast Bays Rugby Football Club was founded in 1946, to cater for the sparsely populated (5,000) people of the East Coast Bays area on the North Shore of Auckland. Our club is built on the core values of family, community, youth, Team 1st, fair play, fun, serving our stakeholders, excellence, success and of course providing a winning environment for our Rugby teams! In 2009 we began a renaissance at the club in our quest to return it to the mighty years of the 1980’s, when Bays was on the top rung in North Harbour Rugby.
