Requirements: * Experience with tractors * New Zealand Driver’s Licence Test will be applied for the position. #TEAM LEADERS FOR PICKING Requirements: * Experience in picking * Supervision experience * Own car * New Zealand Driver’s Licence * Mobile phone Able to work under stress and be a team player. #HARVEST AUDITORS Their aim is to help reduce the potential for fruit loss in the harvesting process. The auditing function involves monitoring several crucial processes and identifying incorrect techniques, then recording and working to fix these techniques. These include: * Fruit harvested using best practice * Picking techniques * Placing fruit into picking bags * Emptying full bags into bins * Handling fruit in the bin and bin handling These findings are to be DISCUSSED with the pickers, the picking team supervisor and the contractor with intention of correcting any inconsistencies in techniques.
