We work with a wide spectrum of tourism focused businesses, ranging across resorts, tour operators, food service providers, restaurants, travel agents, transportation operators, sightseeing and attraction operators, back packers, moteliers, adventure operators, caterers, national and regional tourism offices and hoteliers. In some cases we will undertake an assignment for a particular project or area that could be anything from staff training through systems implementation to developing an exit strategy. In other cases it could be facilitation of an internal strategic planning session or service training. Sometimes our role may be more of a longer term mentoring and coaching role for the company owners or management team.
