We are a Clean Eating Café based in Mount Maunganui.

We offer a great range of Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Refined Sugar Free & Vegan friendly dishes from Buckwheat Pancakes, Gluten Free Sweet Corn Fritters, Vegan Breakfast, Raw Pad Thai Salad to delicious raw treats like Avocado & Lime Tart, Banoffee Parfait, Raw Caramel Slice, Raw Snickers Bar as well as our very popular Banana & Chia Loaf.

The majority of our fair range of dishes contain no gluten, no dairy, no refined sugar, no processed food and no saturated or trans fats. Just super healthy wholefoods, natural sweeteners and good fats that will sustain you longer, leaving you feeling energized and fresh.

We endeavor to please our diners with an exciting beverage menu of Real Ingredients Smoothies and Juice along with Organic Tea and Coffee.
