About The Occasional Brewer is a Brewery and Bar where you can brew your own craft beer, sample on site, or grab beer to takeaway. Bring your mates and craft your own 40 litre batch of beer with help from our expert brewers from just $159. Story The Occasional Brewer provides the brew space with state of the art equipment, top quality ingredients, instructions and professional support so you can brew your own craft beer as good (sometimes better) than you buy at the shop or pub. The brew takes around 3 and a 1/2 hours. You leave it with us for around 2 weeks while the yeast works it's magic. Come back and bottle your brew, this takes around an hour. Then take your beer home and wait a few weeks while it carbonates. Chill and enjoy.
