About WOW is a fitness studio (ok it's my big, funky garage) set up & run by your friendly local spin, fitness & nutrition junkie aka Spin Ninja! Story Wheels on Wallis (WOW) Spin Studio is the dream of long-serving Raglan Gym Spin Instructor and community-minded local Helen Green (that’s me!). I have a passion for all things related to health, fitness & nutrition and am on a mission to help others live healthy, happy lives, feeling confident in their own skin and being full of beans for all the good stuff life has on offer. WOW is a home-based operation aiming to provide a safe, affordable, non-judgmental space where anyone is welcome and where friendships are formed while we have fun and get fit!
