Chimichurri sauce is an Argentinian classic dressing, we've finally got to the original recipe and it's tasting really good! Chimichurri will empower the taste of your meals.
Main ingredients are parsley, oregano, garlic, chilli, olive oil, and of course, love.
It's as good on roast potatoes or grilled meat as it's on choripan (grilled sausage sandwich).
You can also use it to marinate your veggies, your tofu, or to season your roast.
