Story
Lucy Marshall - Travel Broker.
With over 15 years of experience within the travel and aviation industry, I bring my passion for travel,
tourism and world experiences to my clients.
My passion for travel developed soon after University, where a love of history, art, food and adventure
led me to Thailand. A ‘short trip’ turned into almost three years of travel and exploration through
Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Australia. Since then I have travelled to Europe, the USA, and the
Pacific Islands. As a passionate and experienced traveller, I understand what goes into making a great
trip, and will go the extra mile to make sure your holiday is all that you could dream of.
With 15 years of experience in travel consulting and event management, I have learnt the importance
of reliability, flexibility and organisation, and strive to ensure my clients receive the best treatment. My
dedication has been acknowledged through multiple awards, including the Travel Brokers Top Regional
Business Award two years in a row.
I am able to help with everything from visas and travel insurance to group travel and exotic world
journeys. I understand that plans can change at the last minute, and that you need someone reliable
who can make it happen.
