About Wild game specilise in producing premium hand crafted smallgoods for retail outlets and resturaunts as well as private processing for Hunters and Farmers. Story Wild Game is a small family run Business that produce high end quility smallgoods made from New Zealand wild venison, included in our range is Chorizo, Boudin Noir {french black pudding} and our flagship Salami 'The Hunter". These products are available in Farro Fresh stores and selected New Worlds. We also supply to some of NZ's top resturuants including Logan Brown, Elephant Hill, 'The Farm at Cape Kidnappers, Huka lodge to name a few. We also offer a private proccessing service to Hunters and Farmers where animals/meat can be brought in and made into a variety of products including- Salami,chorizo,beersticks,a range of sausages including glutun free options,patties,savaloys,mince and whole animal processing, please feel free to ring or message to enquire.
