About Good honest tucker that compliments Brave Brewing Co's excellent brews. Story We've always been huge fans of everything our good friends at Brave Brewing Co. are doing. When they said they were opening a tasting room and asked if we would handle the food side of things, we jumped at the chance. We'll be aiming to offer some good honest tucker that compliments Brave's excellent brews. Basically that means we don't want you to have put down your beer to enjoy good feed. We are Nicole McDonald and Dan Hopkins, so before you ask "Why Carr's Kitchen?" we'll explain. The reason we like to feed folks comes firstly from our dear old Nana, Joyce Carr and then our Mum and aunties. Any family event, wedding, birthday or even a quick cup of tea involving the Carr family is incredibly well catered, guests must leave full, preferably with a plate of leftovers.
