Yoga By Kotte will surprise you! Why? Because is fresh innovative and most importantly, its fun!
Yoga by Kotte will prove you don’t need to be physically fit, flexible, skinny, spiritual or young to be able to practice yoga. Many people think that yoga is just stretching, while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.
My unique style allows you to feel comfortable while enjoying the experience giving you a sense of achievement and satisfaction, no matter what your experience in yoga is.
During the class you’re guaranteed to enjoy what you are doing, feel the freedom and experience. At the end of a session, you will feel excited and perhaps surprised at your own results. This will give you a great reason to come back! 
Mixing traditional Vinyasa yoga flow with  an authentic way of leading your classes, I want you to enjoy a very unique experience every time, allowing yourself to play and enjoy the elements added to the class which will help you learn how to treat your body and mind in a different way. 
I am a professionally trained yoga teacher with a passion for sharing and teaching others. I host yoga sessions at entertainment events and festivals around New Zealand. I am available for private group and 1:1 session either in the comfort of your own home or office or in a studio. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you want more information or if you have any questions.
I teach yoga at various sites around Christchurch each day and I’m bound to be practicing near you.
