Is your level, your fitness, your best and more importantly your goals, as individuals we all have a very different outlook on what fit is, some want to be leaner, some want to be stronger and some want to be more muscular and that is ok. It’s a journey you embark on to make yourself happy, building a more balanced, healthier, happier version of you with or without muscles, with or without a six pack and with or without the pressure of what others want you to look like or compare you to.
