We are a Christchurch-based charitable trust working in the area of mental health and addictions. Our passion is to assist people who experience mental distress/mental illness and/or addictions towards recovery . We do this through peer support by engaging, encouraging and providing relevant information."MHAPS is a Christchurch-based peer-led and peer-delivered community mental health and addictions service, and a Charitable Trust. This means that all staff have our own lived experience of mental distress, difference and/or addictions, and of meaningful recovery.
