In August 2013 Willis Toomey Robinson, Napier merged with Scannell Hardy & Co, Hastings to become Willis Toomey Robinson Scannell Hardy. The previous firm of Willis Toomey Robinson was the result of a merger in 1983 of the firms of Robinson Toomey & Partners and Lusk Willis & Co. The firm celebrated its centenary in 1989.
