We specialise in:

PERSONAL TRAINING these session are created just for you and your goals and are designed to empower, challenge and get you the RESULTS you are after! priced from $35-$45 per session.

BOOTCAMPS sessions are an encouraging supportive environment with like minded women of all fitness levels and ages where you will be pushed to reach your fitness goals in a fun and motivating environment. With 5 different groups to chose from this is not just another bootcamp. $140 per 6 week block.

METAFIT classes are a 30 minute high intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in.
