About We are a locally owned and operated boutique bakery offering freshly baked pastries, gateaux, breads and more. Story Patrick is the owner of "Patrick's on Lake Road". He has a passion for food and creating a product that simply "tastes good". With over 40 years experience in the hospitality industry at prestigious locations both locally and internationally it felt right to stay home and put his name over the door at his own place. Everything is made on the premises from quality ingredients. We have the staple range, gourmet filled rolls, pies, pastries but when Patrick is on a roll you never know what else he will create on the day!!
