About Ameliorate (verb) - to make or become better. Massage (Relaxation, Therapeutic, Hot Stone), Reiki, Reiki Training Story Ameliorate was established from my passion to enhance lives naturally through the healing of mind, body and soul. The name of my company, Ameliorate, reflects this in its meaning – to make or become better. Throughout my working life, I have had a natural affinity towards roles in which I have been a resource or catalyst to enhance people’s lives. I have worked in the health field since 1994 in roles involving people with physical and mental disabilities and illness. This lead into commencing my massage training in 2005, becoming a Reiki practitioner/master (trainer) and qualifying as a Naturopath in 2008. I love to be able to assist people to improve their health and wellbeing so that they can live their best life :)
