We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional quality care to restore and enhance your current health. Between us we have different areas of interest and experience. Central to our healthcare practice is an understanding of the inherent recuperative power of the body to heal itself. We aim to help you understand your body and give you the tools to change how you feel and function in daily life. Roisin has a specific interest in prenatal & postnatal care. We have weekly yoga classes running from our studio at Kina Beach & bring together various workshops in the natural health field from time to time to empower you on your health journey.
