Story Spencer Hill Estate are also the creators of the well regarded award winning Latitude 41. Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Pinot noir are all hand crafted under the Latitude range using a range of traditional and modern techniques. Creative winemaking and fruit grown on the vineyards Moutere clays offer complex, textural wines with plenty of fruit and refined oak. The zork closure allows us to create these wines with minimal fining ensuring wines have their own distinct personality reflecting the vineyard sites they were grown.
