About Beyond Yoga; North Kaipara (formerly Kaipara Yoga) is back for 2019, moving beyond what yoga has become in Western culture of simply exercising... Story Jenny is a certified Heart of Yoga teacher, who teaches intuitive style Yoga for whomever arrives on the day! Connection to your breath, simple movements and caring for your body are the three most stand-out differences between what I teach and the "gym-yoga" that pervades the Western world. You are perfect already as you are, lets re-learn to love ourselves and then to flow that love out to the world. All classes are safe for all ages, genders, religions, for people recovering from illness, for pregancy and post-natal... These are safe spaces where you can honour the wisdom inherent in your body!
