About This is a page to let you guys know what we are uptown in the cafe and in the community. We will also be sharing recipes and ideas with you !!! Story Hello to you all. For years some of you have asked me for recipes etc So here we are.... This is a very low key friendly page to share and hopefully encourage you as I share some of our favourite recipes and health tips.
