About The Valley Project aims to raise awareness of all that NEV has to offer, build community ties and promote the well being of local families and whanau. Story We are a community-led development project based in North East Valley. Initiatives run by the project include: the monthly free community newsletter, the Valley Voice; Kai Share which provides a weekly box of food to families and people in need; and our Cosy Homes programme to help create warmer, drier, healthier homes. The area we cover includes the valley, Opoho and Pine Hill.
