About Private Chartered Sailing Trips, for Fun, for Adventures and for Private functions. Story Our Cat is a 44ft stable spacious sailing catamaran that can cater up to 20-25 people comftably with a large comfortable panoramic salon, three bathrooms, fully equipped galley and BBQ and water level swimming access. We try to sail as much as possible but when we need to we can motor at 7 - 9 knots under power. Half Day Charter (4 hours) $600 Full Day Charter (8 hours ) $1200 Over night Charter $1400 Maximum 20 passengers for a Half day / Full Day. Maximum 3 couples for an Over night. is all about steeping all your senses in our natural world and loosing yourself. On board you will find a large luxurious panoramic Saloon, 3 x Double Cabins (2 unsuite) + 2 Singles, Fully equipped Galey (Kitchen), a Barbecue, Hammocks, Safe Tender, easy swimming access and a guitar to strum along with if the spirit moves you! Andy Hopping grew up in Mercury Bay, lives in Mercury Bay and has sailed professionally on private yachts for fifteen years giving him a broad range of skills and local knowledge enabling a safe high quality experience.
