About This page will include information about fitness in the gym, effective ways of training muscle groups and outdoor exercise. Story Hey eveyone, I'm Cory. I'm from a small town in New Zealand (North Island) called Whitianga; nice beach town; small and friendly place. I enjoy riding dirt bikes and high-energy activities, keeping fit, learning about the body and how it works, learning MMA. At the moment I'm studying at FIT College NZ (http://www.fitcollege.co.nz/) to be a Personal Fitness Trainer and I'm just getting into CrossFit. When I finish my course I hope to get a job in the fitness industry and then eventually open up my own gym wherever I decide to set up camp.
