You will enjoy the many aspects and challenges of a karate workout which benefits the entire body. Flexibility, strength conditioning, coordination and cardio. Additionally you will develop self-confidence, discipline and respect whilst be learning a practical self defence system. We have classes for Kids & Families, tailored to suit the younger student, starting from 5 years old. Our Adult classes can be as hard and challenging as you want to take it. We will encourage you to push yourself beyond your perceived limits, this type of physical training and philosophy can benefit anyone in all aspects of their lives.
