With a career spanning over 40 years in the Hamilton and Waikato areas, I have experienced the entire Real Estate evolution, from Sole Business ownership in the early 80s, through to owning and managing six offices, 55 salespeople, from a time when sole / exclusive agencies, signs on properties, open homes, were unheard of, and now to the present - all homes exclusively listed, all signposted, and all " Open ".

With the massive uptake of the internet, smartphones and mobile devices, coupled with the evolution of Real Estate practice, as outlined above, the traditional Real Estate model is now outdated, inefficient, and can be stripped of unnecessary and obsolete overheads, with savings passed on to the consumers.

2014 - Netzone is here - internet driven, smarter marketing, a leaner, cleaner model, passing the savings on to you - no base fee, admin fee, or whatever, - just 2.5% commission.
