About To provide a safe a encouraging environment where children can improve their overall health and well-being through Therapeutic Riding and Lessons. Story As an Occupational Therapist my objectives are to focus on the benefits of Therapeutic Riding. I began Headway Equestrian, to provide a place for children with mild disabilities to come and enjoy contact with horses and use riding as a way of improving their mental and/or physical wellbeing. The enjoyment that they get through play on horseback would have a positive effect on their self-confidence and their everyday life.
