About In November 2011 when I wanted to simplify my life, I settled in Southland.. Invercargill is the most southern city in New Zealand, so my garden really is at the end of the world! Growing our own food, we are living analogue in a digital world... Story Hi, I am Steve. After many years living in large cities in Australia, and wanting to live a little closer to the rhythms of creation, in 2011 I decided to simplify my life, and came to Bluff, New Zealand. There I planted a garden, and an orchard, and lived very simply, close to nature and the community. Then, much to my surprise, the loveliest lady in all the world came into my life. Now we are developing a new garden just up the road in Invercargill. Still growing our own food, cooking on a wood stove, and loving the nature that surrounds us!
