About A boutique family owned vineyard producing high quality wine. Walk back 150 years into this museum of Central Otago history and medal winning Pinot Noir. Story To visit Como Villa is to step back in time... The site and its buildings are steeped in history – there's even reference to grapes being grown at Como Villa in a local newspaper in 1875. At Como Villa, we are proud of this past and our wine tasting venue is a restored stone house built in 1865 which is full of Central Otago history - this is why Como Villa is called a vineyard and museum. We are open to the public and specialise in excellent Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé wines.
