Paddle Wanaka offers both guided and non-guided kayak and Stand up Paddleboard (SUP) activities. Operating on both Lake Wanaka, the upper Clutha river and further afield, this is one activity not to be missed on any visit to beautiful Wanaka and the Central Otago region of New Zealand.

We offer a wide range of activities, from a 1 hour rental to multi-day overnight trips. There's something for everyone.

Owned and operated by a passionate locally based kiwi couple, Chris and Bex Thornton. With over 20 years’ adventure tourism and international kayak guiding experience. The Paddle Wanaka team strive to create an unforgettable outdoor experience with 100% kiwi customer service as its core value.
