Story Offering Full Property Management Services & Casual letting/Tenant finding services • Conducting unlimited private appointments showing prospective tenants properties, reference and full credit checks. • Collection and recording of property/owners information and Tenants information. • Monitoring of rents, Administration of notices for inspections, maintenance and repairs as and when required. Arrangement of repairs and maintenance • Inspections – 4 weeks after start of tenancy and every 12 weeks thereafter, • Reports detailing Repairs and Maintenance for owners and tenants • Preparation and forwarding of monthly accounting statements to owners and End of the year reports. Statements for tenants every 8 weeks. • Advertising through the newspaper, internet (Trade Me). Photography and the development of descriptive copy for both advertising and marketing of property • Representation for owners in relation to Tenancy tribunal hearings. Preparation of paperwork, attendance of tribunal hearings/proceedings.
