About Assisting People with Disabilities to Achieve Their Goals Story The Disabilities Resource Centre Trust in Whakatane is a client driven organisation. We are a Charitable Trust which provides Homecare and Community Support Services, Advocacy, Information and Training for people with disabilities, their Whanau and carers.
