About O Tawhiri Gallery is a small & tasteful art gallery located at the Middlemarch train station, Otago. Situated at the end (or beginning)of the Rail Trail. Story O Tawhiri Gallery is a small and tasteful gallery space situated at one end of the historic Middlemarch train station on Snow Ave. Located at the end (or beginning ) of the Rail Trail and a popular destination for the Taieri Gorge train, it is a perfect stop off point on your journeys way. Prints and cards are for sale as also original artworks from a selection of local and national artists. Gallery hours are currently Friday and Sunday 12 to 2 pm or by appointment. O Tawhiri Gallery has kindly been set up with funding from Dunedin City Council and is Middlemarch’s first ever gallery space, we welcome you to come and enjoy our little gallery.
