About Empowering and assisting individuals in their life-long journey of health and fitness. Story Working in the medical profession as an MRI technician, Jo Bourke recognised the need for individuals to become and then maintain general health and fitness in order to live a happy and sustainable life. Having already achieved her Masters in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Medical Imaging Technology), Jo undertook a New Zealand fitness course to become a qualified PT. Now based on a dairy farm in Culverden, Jo is excited to work with individuals in her local community and help encourage, motivate and support them in their journey of health and fitness.
