About Located in the former Culverden Hall CIRCA 1903. An extensive range of diverse artwork are on display along with sculptures, gifts, and furniture. Story Welcome to the Culverden Art Gallery – Quality Art in the Hurunui District Situated in the fully restored former Culverden Public Hall, circa 1903, a wonderful space to display art in a genuine rural New Zealand setting. Running the gallery for three years, the owner Bruce Johns is passionate about art and especially keen to profile emerging and local artists. Diversity is the focus of the gallery. With 20 plus artists from all over New Zealand, offering works across all mediums there is art for everyone.
